We are Korean couple and looking for flatmates in the Newtown of Toowoomba
The property is spacious house having 4 bedrooms and total tenants gonna be 5 people
A policeman lives in front of this house so you do not need to worry about your safety
Also, there is easy access to everywhere

This is first time to lent this property, so everything is clean and we provide all new bedding
In addition, there is No Real estate Inspection, so you can stay comfortably

It takes 5min to shopping center by bike
And 5min to Grand Central by car

There are also vegetable factories where you can get Second Visa in Toowoomba

*Wifi is NBN
Provide toilet tissue

Single Room $120 per week
Master Room for 2ppl $250 (including bathroom)
2 weeks bond , 2 weeks notice
