出租女性或情侣.有作息规律.晚归不考虑.爱干净.（本人有些些小洁癖和强迫症）租期稳定.拎包入住.禁止宠物.大房间220/周.小房间150/周.

I’m a Chinese girl looking for a roommate to share with (girls only)(preferably someone who can speak mandarin). One of 2 rooms large rooms for rent. located at Runcorn52 Daw road QLD4113. The house is clean and tidy. Two separate toilets and one bathroom (both required share). It is close to Runcorn plaza IGA .momo chicken, and the station. Lot’s of cafes and restaurants that are less than five minutes' walk. Both transportation to and shopping are very convenient. The bus to the city is a 3 minute walk. The residential area has automatic doors. And the swimming pool. The environment is very good. There’s no noise at night. All the neighbours are great mostly with young families.
Women or couples for rent only. Have regular work and rest. If you like to keep a clean house like me. You will love this place. Check in with a bag. No pets. Large room 220/ week. Small room 150/ week. Water is included we can discuss other bills further.
