About the role

We are seeking to appoint a motivated, hands on and professional individual for the position of Assistant General Manager in a most desirable location.

Primary purpose of the role is supporting the General Manager in successfully operating a multi million dollar business. You will have the support and be able to grow your management skills. You will be encouraged to make decisions, show leadership and implement your own initiatives in growing the business.

To be successful

Experience in the hospitality & tourism industry is a must.
Be able to speak both Mandarin & English.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to listen to guest needs and make recommendations based on these needs.
Current Australian working rights to apply.
Availability for weekly day, night and weekend shifts.
