This role underpins our day-to-day operations—owning data accuracy, transactional finance workflows, and front-of-house communications. You will operate alongside experienced Administrative Assistants, driving best-practice processes and seamless stakeholder support.
Xero operations: Prepare quotes, raise invoices, process payments, support payroll inputs, and maintain accurate financial records.
Data integrity & reporting: Enter, validate, and reconcile records with meticulous attention to detail.
Frontline support: Manage inbound calls and emails; triage enquiries from customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
Documentation & compliance: Maintain digital and physical filing, SOPs, and audit-ready records.
Continuous improvement: Identify process gaps and propose pragmatic, efficiency-lifting solutions.
Xero proficiency: Confident across quoting, invoicing, payroll support, and basic financial administration.
Marketing: Background in marketing or trade promotion will be highly regarded, particularly in supporting product presentations, campaigns, and export growth.
