家具电器齐全包括锅碗瓢盆，大部分都是新的，可以直接拎包入住，公寓还配有免费的游泳池，健身房，BBQ
家里有只小的玩具贵宾，很乖

希望找无宠物，无车，不抽烟，爱干净，安静，生活习惯良好（不带人回家）

- 大房间 390pw 包水电网煤，适合Couple （Queen size的床，两张书桌和椅子，一个小书柜，落地衣橱和镜子）和小房间和用厕所
  couple 390pw，一次性交6个月370pw，一次性交3个月380pw
  单人 340pw，一次性交6个月320pw，一次性交3个月330pw
长住的话可以便宜

- 小房间 280pw 包水电网煤，有自己的小阳台，适合一个人住 （双人床，一张书桌和椅子，一个小书柜，落地衣橱和镜子）
   一次性交6个月260pw，一次性交3个月270pw
