20 min bus ride to  QUT Kelvin Grove university.
30 min bus or train to Brisbane  city.
Large shopping center close by.
Room has single bed, built in wardrobe & chest of drawers & computer table/chair.
Home fully self contained.bed linen & kitchen utensils all supplied.
Includes Electricity, water, Internet, transport to shops, bus,train  when I can.
Room available from 19th September @ $125 per week. This room over looks my back yard with flowering plants & native trees & bird life.
