The $165 a week includes rent, water, electricity, internet, cleaners, & gardener.
The room is airconditioned, and features large built in wardrobes with inbuilt selves.
The kitchen is brand new, and is equipped with a dishwasher. Laundry includes brand new washing machine.
There is the option of a lock up garage which is an extra $10/week, which I rented also.
The people currently living in this sharehouse are three friendly young women, who study and work. There will be another tenant moving in around October.
The house is very large, with a huge kitchen, study area/projector room, large dining and lounge room, and gazebo out the back.
Turton st bus stop is a 5 minute walk away, and the 130, 139, 140, etc. all frequent it. I go to Griffith Mt Gravatt campus, and it takes me around ten minutes to get there. There is another bus stop at Altandi which is 5 mins away as well, which has the 135, that goes to Griffith University Nathan.
Also a 5 minute walk from the Altandi train station.
Sunnybank plaza and Market Square are a ten minute walk up the road, as this house is located just off of Mains Rd.
