Room is furnished with a single bed, desk, ceiling fan and built in wardrobe. The rent is $120 per week all bills are inclusive (water, electricity & wifi). You will have your own bathroom for the time being as I have no intention to rent the other room yet. Parking is available outside the garage.

10mins walk to IGA
Minimun rental term is 3 months. Looking for someone who is respectful, trustworthy, honest, clean, quiet and clean up after yourself. No smoking and party in the house.
