If for 12 months, the rent can be $180 pw
If for 9 months, the rent can be $190 pw
If for 6 months, the rent can be $200 pw
The bills will be shared, around $25 per week, including internet, electricity, air-con and water.
(If we save the energy, it can be far cheaper, and you will know the bills for every month, no tricks in that. )
