办公室文秘工作职责包括：与目前的办公室工作安排协调员共同承担日常虫控业务电话质询答疑，利用Google Calender安排虫控技术员工作，整理技术员工作和财务清单，协助书写相关业务报告，协助澳洲和国际虫控培训中心招生（携带手机 Mob. 043537 8888），协助办理澳洲肥料出口中国业务，办公室日常事务，公司和虫控培训中心的活动组织安排等。

在澳大利亚隶属Eco-Global集团的虫控培训机构有两家：位于悉尼附近的澳大利亚国际虫控培训中心MPL Training Centre （Managing Pests By Learning International）和位于昆士兰州的澳大利亚环境生态学院Eco-Global College Australia. 两家国际虫控培训机构于2019年3月26日合二为一，资源共享，全部纳入Eco-Global统一管理。这是Eco-Global品牌进军国际虫控教育的一个里程碑，同时也是引起澳洲虫控行业轰动的大事件。

新招办公室文秘会协助华人参加培训报名，参与位于Gosford的澳洲国际虫控培训中心MPL招生注册，以及国际培训人员在澳洲的食宿和培训计划具体落实，毕业证发放以及毕业后学员跟踪服务，协助出版虫控文献等。

Office Secretary Position

Eco-Global Termite Doctor Pty Ltd is one of the fastest growing pest management firms in Australia.  MPL Training Centre （Managing Pests by Learning) is NO. 1 Registered Pest Management Training Organisation in Australia. We believe that the recent merge of MPL Training Centre and Eco-Global College Australia will benefit urban pest management industry worldwide.

As Eco-Global continues to expand and grow, we are looking for an office secretary to help us with our ever-increasing office workload in the field of pest management and our registered training organisation (RTO). The candidate must meet the following criteria:

• Honest - Eco-Global Motto: Honesty is paramount & above all rules
• Excellent language skills (speaking & writing) both in English & Chinese
• Chinese language skills are essential as we have a big Chinese-Speaking customer base
• Motivated to arrange termite/pest control jobs for pest management technicians based in Greater Brisbane areas (Ipswich, Logan & Redland Bay) & GoldCoast
• Friendly attitude to receive and make phone calls to respond customer inquires during normal working hours and after-work hours including weekends
• New graduates from University or TAFE with any major are encouraged to apply
• High marketing skills are very important
• QLD driving license and own transport are essential
  
  
  

The responsibilities of the sucessful candidate include the followings:

• Dealing with daily office management and enquiries
• Assist in arranging pest control jobs using Google Calendar
• Assisting in student enrolment for MPL and Eco-Global College Australia
• Assisting in writing pest inspection reports
  
• Entering data and calculating payment for employees
• Maintaining office and training areas

The successful candidate will be paid based on 3-day office working hours (9:00 am- 5:00pm), plus superannuation and other benefits. Another part of the income will be calculated by the paper work done by the sucessful candidate.
