Quiet, spacious family home in cul-de-sac; share with young family ( separate living and kitchenette area ).
No party animals. We like our peace and quiet and want to keep it that way.
Looking for FEMALE tenant , Full-time worker or student with mature mind preferred; must be quiet, clean, tidy, friendly and non-smoker.
Room : fully furnished with Queen Size bed, pillows, study desk, chair, bookshelf, ikea shelf, bedside table, lamp, sheet set/pillow cases provided. Doors are fully lockable.
Rent : $150 pw - 2 weeks in advance with 3 weeks bond required. Rent includes electricity, water, unlimited wi-fi (all reasonable usage), Breakfast Bar ( milk, cereal, bread, tea bag, coffee)
Transport : 5 minutes walk to Express Bus 153 ( 13 minutes to Griffith University / 20 minutes to City; 20 mins walk to Bus 150; 2 mins to Gateway motorway.
