Job description: · Qualifying and evaluate potential candidatesincluding screening candidates and shortlisted resumes, conducting face to faceand phone interviews to confirm candidate suitability for the role. · Drafting advertisements for online and printbased formats. · Developing new, innovative and effective ways tosource candidates. · Mining of database to source existing candidatesfor new roles. · Meet and exceed candidate demand for our clients. · General administration duties. · Developing new clients. Job requirement: · Strong and confident communicator. · Strong organizational skills. · Willingness to go over and above what isexpected. · A self-starter who is looking to further theircarer in the recruitment industry. · Excellent copywriting skills and experience. · Innovative, with the ability to think outsidethe square.
