一个在建的新房子，出租两个卧室。房东是不错的澳洲人，条件、价钱都可以跟他商量的。
位置有点远，适合有车或者在附近工作或者不太在乎地理位置的。房东也乐意开车送你去火车站。

2 large rooms available in May 2013 with built in cupboards. The house is a newly built house (currently under construction) at Holmview Qld 4207. The house has a double lock up garage, fans throughout, 2 living areas, dining room, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, furniture, tv, high speed wireless broadband internet (soon to be part of the NBN), security screens throughout. Living areas and kitchen are air-conditioned, but the house will be well insulated and rarely needed. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood close to parks, transport and shops. Applicant must be willing to share with an quiet easy going working male and my 4 yr old daughter who lives with me sometimes. Wifi internet and power is included in the price, additional costs for food expenses. I would prefer a couple (in a relationship) wanting to live together, that are quiet student/s or working student/s. If you can speak Mandarin, you will be more favorable, but not essential, as I am learning Mandarin and need someone to practice with :-) It is negotiable if you require the room to be furnished. Unfurnished room - $150 per week, if you require a furnished room - $160 per week (which will include a bed and mattress only). If you require any other furniture in the room the furnished price may increase, depending on what you need, I am happy to negotiate further. Bond is $500 and 2 weeks rent in advance.
