Seeking a quiet, honest, non-smoking, working female (or student (2 negotiate rent?) is OK) to share my recently renovated, fully furnished 2BR Apartment at the Northern end of Old Burleigh Road, Surfers Paradise. The apartment is on a 2nd Level (3x Storey complex only, with swimming pool and BBQ area), located 150M from the beach, bus stops right outside and 700M to the Northcliffe G-Link Station.


The rent (to be preferably paid weekly) will include power, unlimited fast internet and many other commodities (such as soap powder, some basic food items, loo paper etc and all utensils and appliances), as I do not bicker over small things. Some meals will even be provided from time to time, as I like to cook. This is a safe, friendly “home”, not a boarding house or B&B. If you choose to live here, you will feel right at home.


The large room has a built in 2x door wardrobe, a 4x drawer dresser with large mirror, queen size bed (some linen provided) and ceiling fan (no A/C). No bond is required, as I expect honesty, integrity and a respectful attitude from my flatmate. A long term tenant (say 6mths min) is sought only. No short stayers, no invisible couples and no party animals please.


This is probably the best deal in Surfers Paradise for the right person and I can give ex-tenant references if desired. Available now or ASAP.


The previous tenant was a Female Asian Student who was here for 4yrs. I am a professional full-time working male who keeps a very clean, tidy and easy going home environment.
