Are you a reliable, detail-oriented individual with excellent time management skills? Do you have a passion for natural health and enjoy providing exceptional customer service? We are currently seeking a dedicated team member to join our clinic.

Job Brief:
We are looking for someone who excels in cleaning tasks and can work approximately 25-35 hours per week. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and consistently meet our high cleanliness standards.

Requirements:
Exceptional customer service skills
A cheerful and outgoing personality with an interest in natural health
Skilled in using software such as Excel and Outlook
Demonstrated experience in maintaining a spotless and tidy environment.

Responsibilities:

Cleaning colonic rooms and maintaining their cleanliness
Vacuuming and mopping ;
Assisting with reception duties, including client check-ins, bookings;
Setting up and closing the clinic;
Cleaning and resetting the sauna.

Ensuring the cryotherapy room is reset and running the sessions.
Setting clients up the compression room and ensuring client comfort
Staying on top of laundry tasks
Assisting with social media posts

This position is part-time, with approximately 25 to 30 hours per week. Our trading hours are Tuesday and Wednesday from 11am to 8pm, Friday from 9am to 5pm, and Saturday from 9am to 4pm. We value autonomy and trust our team members to work independently.

Experience is not required as we will provide comprehensive training. We are looking for an empathetic individual who can make our clients feel welcome and safe. In return, we offer free treatments as part of your employment package, as we believe in promoting the well-being of our staff.
