Cypress Tyres is a growing and dynamic tyre wholesale company with a strongpresence in Queensland and beyond. As our business continues to expand, we'relooking for a friendly and reliable Receptionist to join our team at ourAcacia Ridge branch.
About the Role: As our Receptionist, you’ll play a key part in deliveringexcellent customer service and supporting our day-to-day operations. Your mainresponsibilities will include: - Answering incoming phone calls and assisting with customer enquiries
- Taking and processing orders over the phone
- Greeting and assisting walk-in/pick-up customers
- Handling general administrative tasks and paperwork
What We’re Looking For: - Previous customer service experience is preferred, but not essential
- Strong communication skills and a professionalphone manner
- Reliable, well-organised, and able to manage multiple tasks
- A team player with a positive attitude
What We Offer: - Starting salary from $50,000 + Super, depending on experience
